Sydney's littermate sister and brother won at the 2018 Collie Nationals in Virginia! Sydney did not go.

Sydney is our co-owned girl with Candace and Alex.

Shawn and I drove all the way from Texas to Virginia to the 2018 Collie Nationals. Washington did not win anything and Voltage got a ribbon for participating in his first Agility show with Shawn.

It was an eventful trip for us starting with the snow storm as we drove most of the way through Virginia. We are not used to being in so. much snow in Texas so it was fun and also scary to see so many cars that slid off the road into the freeway ditches.

Then when I ran Washington to his first obstical in the first Agility event I pulled a hamstring in my behind and stopped right then in great pain. Debbie Held got me ice to sit on the rest of the agility part of the show and I am sure that is why I later was able to walk around at the conformation part of the Nationals for a good time.

Washington also was able to finish all the events he was entered in agility because Shawn and Mary ran him for me. What a wonderful group of collie people! Mary is the nice lady with the collie named Zorro that is at the top of the collie list most of the time in agility in the country. What a great honor for us to know these people.

Of course we all went to the beach at Virginia Beach since we were there. One time when Shawn and I got to the beach we happened to walk up on a crime scene where a man’s fully clothed body washed up in the waves.

Washington and Voltage barked at the ocean and ran around.

Debbie Held owner and trainer of Flag and others also put on a nice entertainment demonstration at the "top twenty" honors presentation at the Collie Nationals. Wow everyone looked so beautiful.
