How to own a Honeytree collie?

How do you get a Honeytree collie?   It might involve waiting but I want you to feel welcome to wait.

Start with filling out the information form so I know you are a real person that is serious. (If you are shopping around or thinking about a collie for down the road in time, then I do respect you for that too. I do have plans for litters so keep in touch for news and get on the list for news.)














Limited Registration is a good registration that allows the owner to enter in all collie and dog activities except conformation and breeding  .  
It is best to neuter or spay your collie for optimun attention on you and to do well in social situations
It is expected that you neuter or spay your Honeytree collie.
 
Full Registration is only for breeders and conformation shows. Conformation shows are only for breeders to meet and compare collies to keep in mind of what is the best out there and make good breeding decisions. A breeder can not keep in mind of good conformation unless they are active or had been active in conformation shows for plenty of years.

Honeytree collies have been breeding for years to reach the best quality for conformation and health and have not let our GOOD full registration collies go unless they are in show homes.So if you want the best and modern Honeytree collie for show or pet registration here or in a show home is the only place you will find our collies. 
 
Please do not expect another plain breeder with Honeytree collies to produce the same because each breeder will choose differently even if breeding two Honeytree collies together . (two collies from any good kennel can be taken by a so called breeder and produce problems in conformation or health. It can only be worse if bred to something they picked up from somewhere else).
 
Our breeding decisions for our collies will be different than other breeders decisions .   It is all complex beyond description.
 
As of now we will only allow full registration Honeytree collies in trade situations if what offered is something we need for our lines.
 
 It has been bad experiences to see some of our collies go to unwanted breeding situations. Some of our collies that we had tested and evaluated as  not as good as the children of them that we did keep, had went on with the intention of helping other breeders improve.
Since the tricks or charm of false intentions that we have experienced were a bad experience for us I want you to understand that we do not want to sell any of our collies for breeding unless someone has shown major activity in many areas of collies..
 
Also it has continued to be unpleasant to see and experience the demanding craze of plain breeders decieve the public with loud websites that portray honesty that does not exist in their breeding program.

 Our collies are our life and we can respect each and every person that want to love one of our collies for activities and pet family members.
But please understand that when someone asks us for a collie to breed, that they are thinking more of what money they think they can make.  So it is difficult for us to receive requests of people that want to breed our collies, and we do respect you just in case you do have good intentions, but since the others started out with what seemed honest then we  have been burned and we want our breeding collies carefully kept in our control just as you have seen requested by most good breeders    .

Prices? Prices range to all levels . Each collie or puppy here has a different price so please ask. It might not be as bad as you think for the collie you dream to own. Visit and talk. 

Full registration? Full registration are for breeding rights and can be shown in conformation shows. Yes, I will sell full registration with special agreements or for higher prices. I am especially interested in Honeytree collies entering herding training, agility, conformation, and most titles..so feel welcome to work something out with me so you do not pay the higher price.


Show puppies? If you already show then I will know it and the registration will be sold full registration.

If you want the price at the regular low level then the name Honeytree will stay at the front of the name. There will be a clause in the agreement where each of us will agree on how far the guarantee to be for ability to show and if the collie is guaranteed to breed or not when grown. The price will reflect the risk you take. Risks are just a matter of us not knowing the future of any puppy.

So the way to own a Honeytree collie is to email or talk to me. We are focused on collies and will have collies that will need matching homes.

We can work most things out and we work at this to make sure you have the least risks to you that are available in all the collie world.           We do test our breeding collies to make good decisions and we do offer as much guarantee as we can if something does come up and surprise us all and go wrong in the health of a collie.       We are not the kind that will take away your loved collie if something goes wrong and it ends up with something cronic or terminal.   

We do want you to feed your collie well and use probiotics, your collie needs good exercise and safe places to sleep and play.  There are many things that are not a breeders fault , that can go wrong .  But please be prepared with some proof that something is wrong .

I do want to work with you and try and get you another but healthier puppy at a lower price or free. Just know that is a hard thing to promise and I have to be breeding still and it has to be from choices that I can offer for your situation. But my point is that I do work with you on situations with Honeytree collies.
